Honest Estimates

Often our customers believe they need a new opener when in fact, they simply could use an adjustment of their existing door to get things working smoothly again. As a testament to our honesty, we have many customers who order a new opener only to find out they need a simple service call once our technician arrives to install the unit. We will not sell you something you do not need and will always be more interested in a long term relationship with you, our customer, and the referrals your positive experience may bring us.

How Our “Shop-At-Home” Service Works

1. Call us or complete our Request Form letting us know you’d like to set up a Shop-At-Home visit.
2. A representative will contact you within one business day to set up the appointment.
3. One of our Shop-At-Home consultants will arrive on the scheduled day with literature, product samples, digital camera, and if you’re looking for a garage door, will bring our Door Design Center right to your home. We’ll be able to show you how your home will look with a new garage door in a variety of styles – We can even leave you with a color printed copy of YOUR home with a new door!
4. Your consultant will take any necessary photos and measurements and go over the details of your project to get a complete understanding of your needs.
5. After presenting all of your options, your consultant will provide you with a detailed estimate outlining the products you are interested in along with any options. In some cases or for unique applications, it may be necessary to consult with specific departments before quoting your project.
6. Your consultant will follow up with you if necessary to see if you have any further questions.
